Simple and easy to place an order, all electronic communication--emails, texts, one phone call to confirm a transport had been found that would take my car to WI, this took about 1-2 weeks after the order was placed, but Ship a Car Direct was constantly in contact with me. Once the transport was scheduled, the rest was pretty quick. Pickup was timely, same with the delivery. This was truly a worry-free transaction, very satisfied!
