Overall, I am very satisfied about my first time experience with Ship A Car Direct. My vehicle appears to arrived undamaged on the other end (I was not there to inspect it personally), and one day earlier than originally scheduled. Working with Jennifer was a very good experience. She was informative, frank, helpful and conscientious with follow-up to my questions throughout the process. My only complaint is that I wasn't informed that my vehicle would be transported by a Ram truck with 5-car trailer, rather than a standard rig/large trailer for the 1200 mile trip, until the driver arrived at my home. I think you should be more upfront that you use independent truckers with small trucks/trailers for trips that are not coast-to-coast.
