Overall, it was a smooth experience. There was no scratches and dents on my car during pick up. The only problem I really had was with the carrier scheduling to deliver my car a day earlier than intended, which resulted in my car being driven to my destination by the driver instead of being delivered on the transporting truck. Of course my consent was asked for before the delivery, so no big deal for me. I'm really happy and would use Ship a Car Direct and again and hope for the same carrier !
