The transportation service was good as expected, but I did have some comments. I received a text message on 8/29/19 that the car has been dispatched and the estimated date of pick up was also on 8/29/19. Although, the actual date of pick up was on 8/30/19 at 9 pm, I would have appreciated the initial text informing me of the estimated pick up date to be sooner than the same day I actually got my initial notification. A sooner initial text notification date of at least one day prior to the expected pick up date would allow in my opinion the actual pick up to be on time and to go smoothly. Also, I tried to contact the transportation carrier on several occasions for various reasons at the number provided to me in a generic email but I was never successful and I was unable to leave a message for some one to return my call.
