3rd time - disappointed after 2 seamless transports

I didn’t give it a second thought when it was time for my 3rd transport. I loved the service, pricing, communication, payment process, insurance on any potential damages and timeliness. This time, however, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication with the transporter and status of the delivery. There were days going by and I hadn’t heard nor did Ship A Car Direct. Ultimately, the car was delivered, no damages. Was a little more stress than necessary. I like SACD, maybe lose the one transporter that did the transport this time
