Overall it was a good experience. A few notes to keep in mind-- the estimate was off -- undershot about $50-$100 so I had to pay a little more. In addition, I was charged an overweight fee ($200 cash-only) to ship my car, so luckily I had that on me. This was never reflected in any receipt so I was a bit put off by this, didn't feel so 'sanctioned'. They usually don't communicate with you until about a week before your scheduled pick-up. This can be a bit stressful, as you may feel you're kept in the dark, which I experienced. However, after picking up, the car arrived in a timely manner -- less than a week from east coast to west coast!!
