They worked as a just matchmaker with a carrier, which I am satisfied with. I hope they could do a better job on, for instance, making negotiation with the carrier. When there was a negotiation need, they told me to talk to the carrier directly. I hope there was a better delivery confirmation mechanism between ShipaCarDirect and the carrier.
