Ship A Car Direct was very helpful and so was the company they connected us to (Dana Auto Transport). Our representative, John, was very communicative and when we called with questions would either answer right away or call back shortly after. We were a little nervous when Dana Auto was an hour late to pick up the car, so I called and John reassured our fears. Then Dana Auto ended up getting the car to us 2 days earlier than predicted in the same condition we left it as. Would definitely recommend them, the process was so much smoother than I expected and the price was reasonable, too!
