I found ship a car direct after cancelling another car service after horrible customer service and quote issues. With ship a car direct I spoke directly with Renee who was wonderful and informative and went over the entire process with me. Within a hour I was given the dispatch company and the drivers number. The driver picked up my car in IL that evening and it was on the truck to Cali the next day and 5 days later my car arrived a day earlier than what I was told. The driver answered my call every time I called him wanting updates. He was late dropping off but it was traffic issues and he kept calling me letting me know the traffic updates. The car came in perfect condition and no hassles. A deposit was given via credit card upon booking and the balance was given to the driver in cash. I dealt with 2 ppl the broker who booked and the driver who delivered. The best experience ever and I’ve had cars shipped before. I will recommend!
