I generally expect some runaround with moving-related stuff. I got none of that here. Matt was upfront about the costs and expectations. I got to decide on an offer, which he put into the system. After a week he found me a match about $50 higher than my lowball offer, I accepted, and then got the car shortly thereafter. Would definitely go with them again!
