From beginning to end the best experience and we have shipped cars before. I actually had another company hired to ship this car and cancelled due to horrible customer service. I found ship a car direct thankfully on google. My first contact was with Renee and she was wonderful and I even explained my other issues with the other company. She made sure I did not experience them with ship a car direct. I had a dispatcher within a hour of calling her. I spoke with him directly and my car was picked up that evening bc I specified evenings were best. Along the way between IL sand Calif I was able to talk to the driver and he kept me updated on the arrival. I got my car a day earlier than expected and 2 days earlier than the other company. My car was in great condition and absolutely no issues. I will use this company again and refer them out.
