This was my first time using a transport service and I was a bit concerned having looked a many sites and many comments. Things turned out very well for me no issues with the car and was just about door to door. My locations we both on secondary streets so in both cases I walked about 100 yards to a primary road to deliver and pick up my car. Ship a Car Direct sent ongoing emails on status and respected my time windows in selecting a carrier. I had a 3 day window for pick up and a 5 day window for drop off. The transported picked up on day 2 of the pick up wind and delivered on day 2 of the drop off. I think it is best to have bit of flexibility on the windows as traffic and weather are not completely predictable.
