Overall Kwik Trans Inc was good, very responsive. There were only 2 items to note. One, the driver did not know that he could not take his truck over the Bourne Bridge to get to Cape Cod. Subsequently our pick up contact had to pick up the driver and bring him to the car. This caused significant inconvenience to our pick up contact. 2nd, on the delivery day when the driver called he mentioned that the final balance of $900 did not include a tip. This caught me completely by surprise. Did not know tipping was part of the process particularly since we paid $1050 to transport the car. We were not prepare to tip the driver. I think tipping is at the discretion of the consumer. The driver was very nice and professional.
