We are truly sorry for any inconvenience. Ship A Car Direct is a legitimate company and we do not take our customer's money unless we are able to provide our services. Also, I am unable to locate an order under the name you provided on your review. Can you please provide your order number with us so we can further check on this. We also sent you an email because we would like to get to the bottom of this if the transport of your car was with us, and ensure that you are not in fact confusing us with another company.
