Pretty good. Car was delivered whole and without any damage, over a long distance, on time.
The one issue was that pickup in DC was not where I live. The truck driver had to park a few miles away at a Giants parking lot due to DC parking laws (not disclosed/known by ShipACar), and I had to drive there and take an Uber back (extra $40 + 30 minutes cost).
Besides that, all went smoothly.
