I had a pretty much flawless experience with Ship a car direct. They were very good about communicating with me before, during, and after the pickup and drop off -- I was assigned a personal point of contact. I had multiple reminders about the pickup and what to do in preparation. It was a great experience except for one thing. The driver was not able to meet me at my drop-off address. I had to ask someone to drive me 5 minutes away (1 exit) to meet him at a truck stop. He said his truck would not fit into the residential area of the drop-off spot however the drop-off spot was actually larger than the residential pickup spot. This is the only reason I did not give 5 stars. Otherwise, I would still highly recommend Ship a car direct.
