Car was picked up a few days after the first available date. Carrier wanted a bit more money than originally quoted (Midwest to East Coast shipment) so Ship A Car Direct lowered their broker fee to help compensate for the difference.
The driver showed up right on time on the pick up date and the car was delivered next day. No issues and an overall easy process.
