We used this company a few years back and were pleased with them. This time we requested door to door shipment. While this is not something they advertise, they went out of their way to please us. At the pickup address there was no one to drive the car to the truck. They sent an uber guy to pick up the car. At the destination, they came as close as 1.5 miles which was fine with us. Their communication is timely and the truck drivers are directly linked to the customer which is a plus. It seemed like there were too many emails, but that's better than not enough. We highly recommend them.
