Renee at Ship a Car Direct was really great at explaining how the process worked and not being salesy at all. I felt really comfortable working with her. When the driver came to get my car everything was seamless and easy. I even used the app to record pictures of my car before being transported. The delivery itself was fast and there were no issues. My car was delivered just as I had left it. I'd use Ship a Car Direct again!
