I had about two weeks to have a vehicle I purchased in another state picked up and delivered. I chose a shipping broker that was highly rated online. After 7 days I had zero communication and when I asked what the status was, they told me my car was the only one in the area (a major city in south Florida) that was waiting. I promptly cancelled and decided to try Ship A Car Direct. I worked with Gabe. My experience with Ship A Car Direct was awesome (and completely opposite of the other large broker). I had at least daily communication on each step of the process and Gabe was always available any time I had a question. I asked Gabe if he could lock up a shipper one one week or less. I asked Gabe if he could speed up the process since I now only had one week. Without me asking, he cut the broker fee so that a shipper would be incentivized to pick up sooner. It worked and I had the car delivered on time. I typically do not leave a review unless I am either very pleased or very unhappy. I couldn't be happier to leave this review. Ship A Car Direct was great and I highly recommend them.
