I was very pleased and surprised with my experience with Ship a Car Direct . I purchased a vehicle from a neighboring State. Realizing my limitations to be able to safely retrieve the car, I called to get quotes to transport my truck, calling on the way back from looking at and purchasing the car. I called about a dozen auto transportation companies, but the most responsive and professional was Ship a Car Direct . David ( Ship a Car Direct logistical coordinator) was very professional and asked the right questions, something that was lacking with the competitors. It was reassuring to know that this company was very through at understanding the scope, safety concerns, and my scheduling. Again, worth mentioning that none of the other Transport companies were as through and professional. The price was very competitive. One of the best things I recall about the experience was the timeliness and speed at which they were able to book a pickup date and get the truck back to my home. Ship a Car Direct had the truck at my located within 24 hours ( Amazing / Awesome !!). The experience was extremely easy and the ongoing communication about delivery, pickup, and scheduling drop-off was very through and professional. The value / experience was my best so far.
