First Time using a car carrier. Did not know what to expect. Looked at different ones and called them. When I contacted Ship a Car Direct, I was very pleased when I spoke with Renee. She explained what they do, what the coverage was and would be there to assist me. I contacted her several times waiting for a carrier and worried our car wouldn’t be picked up on the date requested. Everything worked out fine. Pick-up and delivery were excellent. Very pleased and would recommend Ship a Car Direct.
