Overall the service was good and responsive. Tthe pick up was late but within a reasonable time considering confirmation of service. The vehicle arrived within the timeline promoted and considered on time. My only disappointment was charges on my credit card on date of vehicle pick up when i had been assured charges would not occur until after vehicle delivery
