Jennifer a shipacardirect.com was very helpful in arranging my classic car move from Chicago to Connecticut. All of the terms and conditions were laid out clearly along with pointers to helpful videos and FAQs on their web site. The car was picked up promptly and delivered two days later, as expected. There were minor issues with the initial carrier assignment and a small rate increase, but an adjustment brought things back in line and everything worked out very well.
