This was my first experience in transporting a vehicle. I entered with serious concerns about the experience after reading customer complaints about their experiences with several transport companies online. I had done a lot of research before finally settling on Ship A Car Direct. Because of my initial doubts, I was a bit concerned when I didn't receive any communication after my car was picked up for transport - which was a day earlier than originally estimated. However when I called Ship A Car Direct I always got satisfactory response. The delivery at destination went very smoothly as the transport driver gave plenty of advance notice with delivery details and the car arrived in fine shape.
