John was excellent at communicating with me, even personally sending his contact number and telling me that I can call him at any time, even at night if I have a concern about my vehicle the driver was also very personable, he answered his phone and told me exactly where he was and called me a few hours before his arrival to make sure I was ready to pick up the car. Overall a great experience and the next time I move I’ll be using these guys again.
