My experience was really good, they walked me through everything on the phone and told me it would be anywhere from 1-3 days before my car was picked up but they were able to find a truck for it the very next day. It arrived three days later in California a bit dirty but in really good shape. Definitely use the suggested app to document your cars condition just for your own security, I did not and it was nerve racking but everything was all good in the end.
