I shipped my car from coast to coast, before I decided to go with this company I did my research and Ship a Car Direct was actually ranked in the top 10 companies. The process wasn't hard at all, however, I would have enjoyed a little more communication between all the parties included in the process. The car was picked up exactly within the time frame arranged and even made it to the final destination 3 days earlier. This was my first time shipping a car, so every time I called to checked on the car, I always got an actual person not a machine to answer the phone, if the person needed to contact the driver, they would ended up calling me back which it was peace of mind. Price wise, I think they were fair, I called a few other companies but they didn't sound very professional. Overall, I had a good experience, keeping their contact when I have to ship my other cars again.
