This was my first experience shipping my car. So I was a little nervous when I found that I was not dealing directly with the shipper and that the shipping dates would only be approximate. However the representative, David, was extremely helpful and was always available to answer my questions. He explained the process and emailed me frequently when the shipping date approached. The driver picked up my car within a day of the date I was looking for. He was excellent, calling me several times along the way to let me know his progress. My car was delivered in perfect condition and much more quickly than I expected.
