I had a Chevrolet Silverado picked up in California and delivered to Florida. In less than a week's time through Thanksgiving week. Using the app to document damage to my vehicle prior to pickup eliminated any chance of "ever since". The drivers were polite and respectful. My truck was delivered on time and safe.
