The experience went smoothly with Ship A Car Direct. I had a Car and Truck shipped from California to Arizona. However, they split the Car and Truck across two companies. Both vehicles shipped on-time and arrived a few days later as expected. Most of the communication was by email, however I was without email while traveling and there was not an option for receiving text messages. That would have been nice to have. There were no issues with the entire process from start to finish. I only give 4 stars because of no communication via texting.
