Communication and time to deliver were 5/5. Constant updates from the broker and the driver were being fed to me almost every other day. When the driver arrived earlier than expected, he delivered the car right into the garage with zero issues. VERY HAPPY with this shipment from FL->CA. ShipACarDirect were GREAT to work with over the phone and email. They gave me confidence in the process and it was delivered as expected.
