Had a customized '94 Miata shipped Los Angeles to New York. Everything went exactly as planned. Car arrived as stated (well the next day, but I was in regular communication with the driver by then). Ship-a-Car-Direct was surprisingly easy to deal with, very easy to reach, happy to answer questions, just generally very good. They remained in communication with me the whole time via emails, and the guy who took my order seemed to be really on top of it. When the car arrived (in a closed truck), we found the drivers to be very friendly and enthusiastic about the car. They off-loaded it very carefully, really appreciated. This auto-shipping industry appears to be full of crooks and idiots - we did a lot of research and spoke with at least a half-dozen companies before going with this one. Some seemed really slimey. I don't write glowing reviews often, but this company is a stand-out and deserves to be recognized as such.
