My experience with Ship A Car Direct was an excellent one. From my first conversation with John, I felt supported in navigating a new & somewhat daunting process. John was very forthright & matter of fact in answering all my questions & didn't pressure me or promise unrealistic benefits in an attempt to seal the deal. When I followed up with additional questions, Ship A Car Direct was patient & forthcoming w/ information. Once we selected Ship A Car Direct, communication was great. John kept me posted throughout the bidding process w/ carriers & I also received plenty of helpful information from the claims department on what to do in case of any damage (thankfully unnecessary!). When there was a minor hiccup - carriers asking for more money - Ship A Car Direct incurred half of the increase to help keep our costs as low as possible. Then the interaction w/ the carrier couldn't have gone smoother, thanks in part to Ship A Car Direct's regular quality control making sure that only reliable & trustworthy carriers are part of the bidding process. Shipping a car seemed like a difficult & expensive process when I started figuring it out, but thanks to Ship A Car Direct, I got a great deal & a great experience & my car arrived quickly & in great condition.
