I had challenges in getting someone to take the booking. I provided a 3 day window when I scheduled the trip two weeks in advance. On the first pick up day, no one had agreed. I was beginning to panic. Then, two hours later, a driver called and was only 2 hours from my house. He picked up the vehicle at the exact time he said and worked with me on the drop off time, which he did exactly as he said. He was beyond careful with my Tesla (which is my dream SUV). Overall, i had a positive experience once the initial scare was over.
