I've twice shipped my car with them and would do so again. Plenty of contact during the process, very responsive. They try to get you a good price: when no driver had taken up my contract two days after my earliest pick-up date, they upped the offer by $100 but reduced their own commission by $25, so that my increase was only $75. We got a driver right away.
