I don't have a single complaint. The driver was kind, professional and punctual. My situation was somewhat unique as I wasn't able to be present for the pickup. To make matters worse the keys were locked inside. So, I needed help to coordinate the locksmith with the driver, etc. This couldn't have gone easier. Renee was on top of everything that needed to be done, informed everyone and shared all the important details. My driver, Derrick, was on top of it, totally calm, no big deal. Huge stress relief. The entire staff I worked with at Ship A Car was extremely helpful and stayed on top of my situation through the entire process. I'll never even consider another shipping company next time.
