My experience with Ship a Car Direct could not have been more pain free, thanks to the outstanding work that Jennifer did. I was in a bit of a time crunch and Jennifer made sure to get my vehicle shipped out on time. The driver wanted more than what I was quoted so instead of passing those extra costs on to me, Ship a Car Direct cut a portion of their service fee to make up for the increase in the price. I thought that was highly commendable for them to do that instead of passing the entire increase to me. Communication was a breeze- any time I had a question, Jennifer was very responsive and got back to me quickly. Never did I feel lost in the process. These guys do fantastic work and I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
