The most challenging part of the whole process is arranging a time for pick-up and delivery that works for all concerned. The pick-up drivers were different than the drop-off drivers but everyone did their jobs and the car arrived in perfect condition. IF I ever need to ship a car again, I would definitely contact Ship A Car Direct.
