Car shipping is a confusing and expensive process but overall Ship a Car Direct was helpful. They (and any car shipping company you find online) act as a broker - connecting you with the company that actually transports your car. Once the connection is done, the remaining communication happens with the transport company. But we did still receive emails from Ship a Car Direct making sure we didn’t have further questions. So the rating is based on the fact that they were easy to reach by phone and set me up quickly with a transport company, and had reasonable terms and conditions.
