Almost everything went well with the service. Although it took a few days to locate a carrier and driver for the vehicle, the vehicle was picked up on the day we expected and also delivered when it was expected. The one main (small) problem with delivery is that it was done around 6-7pm at night in the delivery state, when it was dark, so it was difficult for those who were receiving the car to get a good look at the exterior of the vehicle (and document with photographs) to make sure that no damage had occurred during transportation. The next day they were able to see that the car (which is brand new, by the way) was in good condition on the exterior. However, it would have been nice to be able to document this at the time of the delivery. Otherwise, we were pleased with the service from Ship A Car Direct and Safe Auto Transport.
