The person who delivered my car went by the name of Benji. My car was only two days old so I was kind of nervous about transporting. But i had a great experience! Benji walked to my house to actually get my car because I didn’t have anyone to follow me to gas station nearby. I texted him along the way to make sure everything weren’t smoothly and he responded swiftly. It only took him two days to deliver my car and of course it was dirty from the wind and dirt along the way, but there were no damages at all. On top of that I had a rental and couldn’t get car and the rental home without going back to catch a Lyft so Benji even assisted me in that. Also this was the cheapest service with the best reviews! The place I was initially recommended to go to was $400 more so I’m extremely satisfied. Even when dealing with ship a car direct directly Gabe was available when I had concerns. And Marcel has emailed me a few times to make sure everything went smoothly with my delivery and that there were no damages to my vehicle. I highly recommend going through ship a car direct!
