This was my first time ever shipping a vehicle anywhere, let alone halfway across the U.S. so I really want to thank John B. and the rest of the ShipACarDirect team for their support. The communication was consistent, responsive and effective throughout the process (from pre-pickup to post-delivery).
The app was also helpful in capturing and sending the vehicle pictures at the pickup and delivery.
Thank you all again for your help. If I ever need a ship a car again, I'll definitely use ShipACarDirect based on this experience.
