I used Ship a Car Direct to transport my 2004 Chrysler Sebring from East Stroudsburg, PA to Decatur, GA. I had found them online but was kind of leery because I had read stories of companies that took your deposit and never showed. That was not the case here. In fact, after I contacted them I received some of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. First it was Christina who called me assured me that they would handle it with no problem. She kept in contact with me daily until they found a driver. Then there was Farrah who kept me informed about downloading an App to take pics for possible damages to the vehicle and also to lower the gas tank and remove items. The driver who they reserved came and picked up the vehicle within the time frame they said and dropped it off in Decatur three days later without incident. Then, Maricel contacted me to make sure everything was alright. I couldn’t have been happier with the service. I recommend them highly.
