Since the day I decided to book my car transport through Ship-a-car-direct they have been very good following up and ensuring the pickup is done per the schedule. The driver was amazing, showed up as he said he would and frequently gave me updates through text messages. The delivery was great as well, I got my car in 6 days from CA to WI with no issues. I would definitely recommend using them and I'll use the next time as well without looking around for others.
