I had to ship a car once before and got flooded with emails and calls, which added to the confusion and stress. Ended up with a good carrier, but did not like having to take my best guess to choose. Ship a Car was excellent with communication, pricing and getting me a great carrier to send my 2015 Toyota to my son in California. The driver was super nice when picking up the car and on delivery to my son. He got the car on the eve of his birthday, which was nice timing! If I ever ship again will go directly to Ship a Car Direct and would recommend to others.
