The entire effort with Ship A Car Direct went very smoothly. First time user of this type of service. Scott was very helpful in answering all my questions throughout the process. The picture taking app was reassuring even though in the end not needed because, most importantly, the shipper did a excellent job of delivering the car without damage. We looked at 10 shippers and even though Ship A Car Direct wasn't the lowest price it was very competitive. I would definitely use it again and recommend it to friends. Robert Gaines
