I worked with David at Ship A Car Direct to ship my 2 cars. The rates I received were excellent. Even though the rates were great I selected Ship a car direct based on the reviews. After I confirmed the shipping with them, the level of communication I got from David was Excellent. At each stage I was informed what's happening and what will happen next. Also they were able not only to accommodate my request to have the cars on top of the carrier. But David and Ship a car direct surpassed my request by having the two cars shipped in a enclosed carrier. The carrier was excellent. The driver for Alpha Trans Services was polite and professional. He called me to let me know any needs that the dealership had. He also called the day before delivery to let me know the exact arrival time. The cars were delivered safely and much quicker than I thought. I am very pleased with the experience and will definitely use Ship A Car Direct again in future.
