Things went very smoothly once I was assigned and approved a driver, but that process took a bit of time for me. I requested a quote in January, but didn't lock down a driver/bidder until February because of price increases tied to demand surges. Luckily, I was flexible about my dates, so I waited until the price went back down to around my original quote. The person I worked with, Cory, was very understanding and offered a personal discount because of the difficulty in finding a driver, so for anyone afraid of bait and switch tactics, I don't think Ship a Car Direct really tries. Once a driver was found, the whole process went smoothly and everything was on schedule and I was able to communicate easily with both the contracted company and Ship a Car Direct throughout.
