Let me just start off by saying that the customer service with Ship-A-Car Direct is amazing. This being my first time shipping a vehicle cross country, my advisor, Matt, made it a very pleasant and stress free experience. He answered all my questions promptly and kept me in the loop during the entire process. He made it very easy. My car shipped from San Antonio, TX to Aurora, CO and arrived exactly how I left it with the carrier. Five stars all around!!!
